These duties include customer service of slip customers, managing marina maintenance/property up-keep and ship store management. Dock Hands Part Time, Employee Dock hands assist the Manager and Assistant manager with many aspects of the marinas.  Dock hands assist with rental boats, maintenance, landscaping, and ship store duties.
