Most
of our cabins have been remodeled.
All are clean, have air-conditioning and a kitchen.
We provide dishes, utensils, and picnic
tables. Grills are available for rent $10 a day with $30
deposit.
* Two night minimum on weekends from 5/1 – 9/30
* Three night minimum on holiday weekends: Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day.
Pets are allowed but will be charged $10.00 per day per pet. Pets must be kept on leashes at all times on Texoma Marina property.
NO generators are allowed around cabins.
NO tent camping around cabins, tent camping will only be allowed in designated areas.
All cabins are non-smoking units.
Deposit Policy:
A major credit card is required to make a reservation. For any holiday reservation, payment is due in full at the time the reservation is made.
Any damaged or unreturned items will be charged to your credit card for the cost of replacement.
Cancellation Policy (Non-holiday):
In the event of cancellation for non-holiday reservations, Texoma Marina will refund your deposit, less a $20.00 administration fee, if we receive notice 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival. If less than 14 days notice is given, your entire reservation amount will be charged on your credit card and you will forfeit any refund unless we can re-rent. If re-rented, your money will be refunded, less a $20.00 administration fee.
Cancellation Policy (Holiday):
Any cancellation for a holiday reservation, regardless of the date of notice, will only be refunded if we can re-rent the reserved cabin(s). If we are unable to re-rent the cabin(s), you will be responsible for the entire reservation amount and you will forfeit any refund.
Check in time is 4:00 pm on the day of your arrival.
Check out time is 12:00 noon on the day of your departure.
